]]>Just recently, (ie yesterday) I noticed my site was down and had to contact them to get it fixed. I give them credit for fixing it fairly quickly. However trying to find out what actually caused my outage was a bit more difficult. Apparently, they migrated my account to a new server and missed some edits. I didn’t get any advice notice of this migration. Also, the tech. I was chatting with didn’t seem to know this either.
I’m aware other hosting companies are worst but please don’t call this the best. It can be much better.
