I’ve been with them for awhile too.. I’ve had my issues especially with porting…and trying to get their fax displays like myfax.com but oh well.. gotta have a seprate company for almost everything

My faxes go out within 2 minutes and as far as not knowing whether they went through or not, I receive a confirmation email that says “sent” “failed” etc.

Once in a blue moon, a client has to attempt the fax again sending to me, but what a joy it is sending a 30 page fax directly from the computer rather than feeding the pages into the fax machine and not having to worry if page 29 is going to jam or page 26/27 will get stuck together.

Well worth the money.

I have used them for almost two years, but lately I can not get faxed to go out in a timely manner. On the shortside about 5 to 10 min, I could live with that, but they could do better. On the long side, 30min, 1hr, 1 day, items stuck in the outbox indefinately. The worst part is you have no idea that it did not go.

When it works is is great, but more and more it is not.

I truely think they can not handle the growth.

Have been with RingCentral nearly a month now and have always been able to contact them immediately. Don’t know what all the complaining is about? Without their help we wouldn’t be able to use this service, and they wouldn’t have an account with us. They stand behind their product 100%. We’re very satisfied.
