first thing, do create a backup of the account, and send it to us.
we also need a backup of the sql database. so send both.
secondly, I really don’t think we should do an upgrade of the account, this account has only 15 sites on it, there no much traffic, so plz send me a report of the traffic made this server to overload, and then I will decide what I will do.

send us a copy of the account, with the sql database , I think the problem
is someone makes lots of pings to one of the sites on the account in order
to overload your servers!
i don’t know how I can handle this problem, what do you think I should do??
an upgraded account will not solve the problem.
send me a report of traffic by ip’s, maybe you just need to block the ip
that pings your servers multiple times…..

You are welcome to order a full dedicated server but I’d recommend the semi-dedicated plan for now. As you did not pay your invoice I’ve gone ahead and removed that order.

ok, if there is no refund policy you can reactivate the account, i will use your service although i don’t want to. i paid so will use it….you can reopen and activate the account, all sites have been moved to another company.
i would like to know how you would want to compensate me for the time, money, and abuse i suffered?

As indicated, we cannot enable your account on a shared hosting plan due to excessive server load. A upgrade to the semi-dedicated plan will be necessary to enable your account.

i told you i moved all sites from the server. none of the dns are pointed at your servers now.
you can delete all data , i don’t care….

i paid for the whole year , i though because i dont want to use the remaining month you will refund the money for the time not used, you should have asked me if i am sure that i want to cancel the account because there is no refund, because you are so stuiped you didn’t do it. i forgive you.
now, just choose : refund the remaining month or unlock the fucking shared account!!!!!

“Excessive loading of server. If a website(account) is deemed to occupy an excessive amount of load on the server’s processor/RAM which interupts services or other client functionality, the account holder will receive warning to reduce the load of the site or upgrade to a dedicated server plan. User account load on a shared or semi-dedicated account of 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds is deemed over-excessive. This includes CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, mail, etc. If load is not reduced or account upgraded, the account may be terminated. If the load is effecting server performance dramatically an immediate suspension may be performed. Accounts suspended due to excessive processor loads may be subject to a $100 administration fee. This fee will be charged directly to the credit card on file. Accounts that are not in positive billing standing may remain suspended until payment is received and do not receive a 15-day grace period benefit.”
