Think again. Do not dismiss the fact that ThinkHost is one of the top web hosting companies in the market today. You have read the other ThinkHost reviews elsewhere. ThinkHost does what a hosting company should do. That is, ThinkHost actually answers their phones, replies to their emails, responds to live chat requests, doesn’t rip you off, and provides quality hosting. So among the hundred thousands of satisfied clients, surely they will be a few who disagree. Let us look at the numbers above.
From the above number, only 1 out of every 100,000 SERP pages about ThinkHost says that this hosting sucks. This is still extremely good considering other hostings we have looked at have way worst ratio. The hate pages is actually negligible. It is not significant enough to be reliable.
We know, finding a good web hosting can be tiring and time consuming, when you should be building website, writing your blog or selling your product.
So our verdict: Hostingsthatsuck.com Recommends ThinkHost

I’ve had Thinkhost for years. It started out with more-frequent-than-should-be-normal outages in service. But customer service, usual by someone named Roman or Vladi… was attentive, at least responded in a timely manner. Not so anymore. Not so at all. I submitted a ticket three weeks ago for a problem of missing stats for three different websites for a period of time greater than a month. This during a time where accessing tracking was important for tracking a specific campaign I had going. The first response: “I don’t see a problem.” The next, “Oh, I see. I’ll send it to senior support.” Then I follow up again after a very long silence from Thinkhost (2 weeks?) by submitting a new ticket. I get an immediate response: “Kindly don’t submit another tix for the same issue. It confuses us/slows things down.” Slows things down? How much slower could a response be than a now 3 weeks of no responses? The issue still hasn’t been resolved. My 3 websites have no statistics from the end of July to today (September 7th, 2010.) Thinkhost customer support is very, very bad. I’ve filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, where I learned the organization has an “F” rating. As soon as my contract with the company expires, I’m moving on.
Teresa, having exactly the same experience! Joined Thinkhost back in 1997 & have been a customer since. I miss good old Vladi & bunch. Now I get no answer to support tickets apart from snide comments telling me not to open multiple tickets!
